What is Shell Scheme?.
When you book a space for an event, you usually have the option for a shell scheme stand or ‘space only’. Shell Scheme is the framework that you will typically find at exhibition centres. The framework is made up of extruded aluminium beams and finished with panel inserts. They can be made in customised dimensions to suit the exhibitor at most exhibition centres or venues.
These are the most common and most basic of wall structures that is provided for exhibitors. A basic package will typically include the walls and top facia (where your company name will go), carpet and one power socket.
Pros & Cons.
These can be a good starting point for your first event as they are essentially a blank canvas and allow for your own customisation.
Printed graphics are available for the wall inserts, however these will be separated by the upright beams. These graphics may also only be one time use or they will be the complete inserts, so transport and storage maybe a factor to consider.
